3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, features and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, manufacturing variations and the display settings of your device.
Product images may include styling or contextual elements for presentation purposes.
Please carefully check product dimensions and specifications before ordering.
For products such as pet beds, customers are responsible for considering the advertised dimensions in relation to their pet and intended use.
A product will not be considered defective solely because it is unsuitable due to an incorrect size or variation selected by the customer where the advertised information was accurate.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR), unless otherwise stated.
The price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order will generally be the applicable purchase price.
Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges will be displayed before completion of the transaction where required.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time before an order is placed.
Price changes will not ordinarily affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
5. Pricing Errors
While we make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur.
If an obvious pricing or technical error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may contact you before fulfilment to explain the error and provide the available options in accordance with applicable law.
We will not intentionally use incorrect pricing to mislead customers.
6. Orders
Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the products listed in that order.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, fraud screening and acceptance by Ziggi.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted and for legitimate reasons, to refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment.
Examples may include:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Payment failure
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Genuine stock unavailability
- An obvious technical or pricing error
- Orders placed in breach of these Terms
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment and the customer is entitled to a refund, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
Placing an order does not guarantee continued availability of a product.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable South African law.
We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
8. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders will generally only be processed once payment has been successfully authorised or received.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
We reserve the right to use reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-verification measures.

Returns, refunds, defective products and change-of-mind cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Where applicable, online consumers may have statutory cancellation rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Products that fail to meet the quality standards required by the Consumer Protection Act may also qualify for statutory remedies.
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
